She is the Director of Strategic Initiatives for WorkForce Central a workforce development council and is the CEO and Founder of Redefining Your Future, LLC where she assist transitioning service women, women veterans and military spouses to their NEXT. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland. She is a Certified Defense Financial Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Shellie is a wife and mother of two children. Shellie believes that being redefined means SHIFTING your thinking and embracing the next phase in life.

As the owner of The Resilient You - Motivational Speaker/Teacher since January 2014 and the co-author of the United States Air Force’s official Resiliency curriculum; she is indeed all that and more! She provides lifesaving tools to audiences to help them identify their strengths, believe in those strengths, build, and overcome challenges and conflicts. Her message is simple: “You” are Resilient and “You” have the power to “Bounce Back”!

After serving four years on active duty as a Non-Commissioned Officer, Jaire pursued his Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership at Faith Evangelical College & Seminary. Since then, he has worked in the capacity of life coach, speaker, mentor, and leadership development consultant with numerous organizations. Through the experience he gained in the U.S. military, professional sports, and other formal training, Jaire uses his perceptive people skills and life coaching expertise to assist clients in defining their abilities, purpose, goals, and measurable outcomes in order to ensure individual success. Jaire has dedicated his life to inspiring others to live out their life purpose. Standing tall at 6’8” has provided Jaire with a “bird’s-eye-view” perspective to identify solutions to complex problems. He’s a strong leader, father, confidant, mentor, and advocate. Andrea is a native of Meridian, MS but has lived in the Tacoma area for almost 4 years. She is currently a Career Development Specialist at the University of Washington Tacoma where she advises and teaches students, staff and alumni about everything from resumes to job search techniques. Previously, she worked in career services with transitioning military members on JBLM and is an Air Force Veteran herself. As a first generation college graduate, Andrea is driven by the opportunity to assist others in realizing their fullest potential. She holds a B.A. in Human Resources and an M.A. in Education with a specialization in family and community services. She is also recently been certified as a Global Career Development Facilitator through the National Career Development Association. Andrea has been married to her husband, Michael for over 20 years and they have two sons.

KaKela (Kela) D. Hall, Sr. is the epitome of a Networking Queen. Her production and problem solving skills are not the only thing that sets her apart. With years of experience in higher education, communication management, and strategic professional planning, Kela is equipped to handle a copious amount of tasks with integrity and poise. She is a visionary, a creator, and a leader in workforce development. Her high energy and hardworking core keeps her motivated while assisting clients to achieve their professional goals. Kela co-founded KD Hall Communications in 2013 and has since been extremely impactful across corporate and government sectors. As a result, Kela and the KD Hall team have been invited to the White House, received 3 proclamations, and successfully guided 12 students through an internship for the Inauguration of Women on the Rise: Season 1. Women on the Rise addresses equity for women, which is a very important cause to Kela and KD Hall Communications. She has a raging futuristic old school vibe that distinguishes her from the rest. As Kela continues to grow with KD Hall, she also hopes to increase the reach of the company. Goals of global growth, college partnerships, and educational facilities are only the beginning. Kela is an adjunct Marketing professor.
